MVP Health Care serves hundreds of thousands of members across New York and Vermont. Gia is how those members carry their health plan with them: an app that answers the 3 a.m. question — "do I wait, call, or go in?" — with an actual clinician, around the clock.

From one home screen, members reach virtual care, search doctors and facilities, pull up ID cards, and understand their claims. The virtual side is tiered the way real life is: urgent care by phone for the sudden stuff, everyday care by in-app message for prescriptions and routine conditions, and behavioral health by video — therapy and medication management included.

And because an unread bill is its own health hazard, every claim opens into a plain-language breakdown — what was charged, what MVP covered, and what's actually yours to pay.
